“Day-of Coordination Package” This package is designed for the Bride and Groom who have planned details of their special day utilizing resources and tools available to them. They want the dream wedding to be perfect and not manage their own event. They do not want anything to go wrong while they and their families enjoy a memorable day. Bride, Groom and everyone one involved in planning the event get to enjoy, relax and spend time with friends and families. You could not ask for more!!! We will begin transitioning event details 4 weeks prior to the event and manage every detail on the day of your wedding. Our Simply Made Perfect package includes: * A 2hr. transition meeting with your Wedding Director * On-Site Wedding Director and with Wedding Assistant for guest over 150 * Discuss event details and expectation * Finalize Timeline, Music, Ceremony, Bridal Party Line-up and Reception * Collaborate Vendor Schedule * Review Floor Plans to maximize guest flow and comfort * Prepare and distribute contact list for vendors to include arrival and departure * 2 Hr. This package is suited for clients whose venues do not offer food and beverage as part of their event day package. Venues like Museums, Gardens, and Mansions. Certain venues may even let you provide ethnic catering including South Asian or Kosher meals.
